Services offered include: diabetes; hypertension; high cholesterol; food allergies; gastrointestinal disorders; weight management for adults and adolescents 13 years and older; bariatric pre and post-surgery. Group education and enrichment programs including but not limited to commissary tours, meal preparation and planning, food label education.
