Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy Clinic is a referral clinic for active duty outpatient neuro-musculoskeletal problems. Services include skilled manipulation of the spine and extremities, trigger point dry needling, supervised exercise and targeted modality. As a specialty clinic a referral from your primary care manager is required to initiate care.
